The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is vital in the sales process, responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving leads to attend client-hosted workshops. The SDR also sets up meetings with Practice Leads or Workshop Speakers. This role suits proactive individuals with strong communication skills who are motivated to meet targets.
Note: These responsibilities include but are not limited to the above tasks. The role may involve other duties as needed to support the team and company goals.
Reminder: The primary goal of the process, starting with the SDR, is to convert every workshop attendee into a sale, or what we call a "Statement of Work." Therefore, each attendee should align with the company's target profile.
