Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role

Job Description:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is vital in the sales process, responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving leads to attend client-hosted workshops. The SDR also sets up meetings with Practice Leads or Workshop Speakers. This role suits proactive individuals with strong communication skills who are motivated to meet targets.

Requirements:

  • Thoroughly research the assigned workshop: Understand the workshop's objectives, target audience, key topics, and value proposition. Familiarize yourself with the content, speakers, and any unique selling points to effectively communicate its benefits to potential attendees. This knowledge will enable you to tailor your outreach and engage prospects more effectively.
  • Proficiency with Sales Navigator or similar tools: Must be skilled in using these platforms to build targeted lists.
  • List Building Skills: Ability to create lists using specific criteria.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Identify the prospects' problems and offer suitable solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Capable of sending messages via email and LinkedIn.
  • Discovery Calls: Ability to set up pre-calls between prospects and Practice Leads or Workshop Speakers to assess if they need additional information before joining the workshops or events.
  • Working Hours: Must be available to work during PST 
  • Must be residing in Metro Manila only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • List Building: Use Sales Navigator to build targeted lists with support from the SDR Team Leader.
  • Content and Sequences: Create engaging content and sequences when necessary with support from the SDR Team Leader.
  • Email Outreach: Send at least 100 - 150 emails per day to prospects.
  • LinkedIn Outreach: Send messages and connect with prospects on LinkedIn.
  • Lead Generation: Engage interested leads and encourage them to register for the client's workshop.
  • Follow-ups: Ability to confirm and ensure that leads who registered for the workshop will attend the event hosted by the clients.
  • Discovery Calls: Ability to set up pre-calls between prospects and Practice Leads or Workshop Speakers to assess if they need additional information before joining the workshops or events.


Note: These responsibilities include but are not limited to the above tasks. The role may involve other duties as needed to support the team and company goals. 

Compensation:

  • Base Pay: 24,000.00 PHP per month.
  • Incentives: Earn 1,500.00 PHP for each lead who attends the entire workshop from start to finish.. There’s no cap— the more leads who attend the workshops, the more you can earn.


Reminder: The primary goal of the process, starting with the SDR, is to convert every workshop attendee into a sale, or what we call a "Statement of Work." Therefore, each attendee should align with the company's target profile.

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in Calls: Previous call experience is a plus.
  • Self-Development: Commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
  • Understanding People’s Problems: Skilled at identifying and addressing customer needs.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create compelling messaging and content.
