SDR Team Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven SDR Team Leader to join our team. This role involves overseeing a group of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record in managing sales teams and ensuring the achievement of targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a sales or marketing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of SDRs to ensure targets and objectives are met.
  • Oversee and ensure to conduct thorough research and provide accurate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for outreach.
  • Monitor and ensure each team is generating the required number of target appointments and qualified leads.
  • Set and oversee monthly targets for interested individuals and ensure these targets are met consistently.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to SDRs to improve team performance and effectiveness.
  • Generate and present weekly and monthly reports on campaign and project progress to the Manager.
  • Conduct regular meetings with SDRs to review performance, provide feedback, and discuss strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and promote a positive and productive team environment.
  • Identify training and development needs within the team and coordinate appropriate training programs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform team strategies and decisions.
  • Utilize CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other tools to track performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance within the team.
  • Working Hours: Must be available to work during PST 
  • Full time work from home


 Note: These responsibilities include but are not limited to the above tasks. The role may involve other duties as needed to support the team and company goals. 

Compensation:

  • Base Pay: 30,000 Php per month.
  • Plus Incentive Scheme.

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in the B2B sector or with lead generation processes.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific tools and platforms.
  • Experience in Calls
  • Content Creation: Ability to create compelling messaging and content.
